We offer replacements only, not refunds. All replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Replacement timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement for your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper care

Replacement process

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the issue. Once approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. Return shipping for the original item may be required.
